Main Business: R&D and Sales of LED Large Screens & PTZ Cameras
Core New Products: Focus on launching high-end optoelectronic decorative display products in 2026, including marble texture screens, wood floor texture screens, tile texture screens, etc.
Salary: 12K–25K/month, 13–15 salaries per year; SP salary negotiable for outstanding master’s graduates from 985/211 universities
Job Responsibilities
1.Conduct on-site collection, high-definition scanning, color calibration and archiving of original materials for real building materials such as marble, tiles, wood floors, stone and wood grain, and establish a standardized company texture material library.
2.Perform digital refinement, noise reduction, sharpening, stitching, seamless processing and light-shadow optimization on collected original textures to restore real texture, luster, unevenness and transparency of materials.
3.Optimize texture display adaptation according to LED screen resolution, brightness, contrast and grayscale characteristics, solving issues such as blurry texture, stitching faults, color distortion and obvious repetition on large screens.
4.Participate in texture screen product texture design and effect definition, formulate standards for texture style, fineness, gloss, and stone/wood imitation effects, and output engineering texture files for mass production.
5.Cooperate with hardware, structural and driver teams to complete texture display effect debugging, grayscale correction, color difference calibration and lighting testing, and conduct full-process quality control over texture presentation.
6.Research and apply texture generation algorithms, AI texture restoration and material rendering technologies to improve reproduction efficiency and realism, forming reusable texture reproduction processes and technical specifications.
7.Track trends of high-end decorative materials, artistic textures and surface processes of new building materials worldwide, continuously iterate the texture library, and enhance product high-end and differentiated competitiveness.
8.Compile technical documents, test reports and process standards for texture reproduction, complete project data archiving and version management, supporting mass production and quality traceability.
