I. Project Background and Core Requirements

(I) Project Background

As the core political, economic, and cultural area of the city, Shanwei Urban Area has a dense population and convenient transportation. The demand for handling various public security hazards and emergency police situations is becoming increasingly complex, putting forward higher requirements for the real-time, accuracy, and coordination of public security intelligence operation command. The original display equipment of the command center adopted traditional display technology, which had problems such as large pixel pitch, obvious picture graininess, color distortion, and narrow viewing angle. It could not clearly present core information such as global monitoring images, police force distribution, and police situation data, making it difficult to meet the actual combat needs of multi-departmental coordinated operations and emergency command and dispatch.

Based on the functional positioning of the Shanwei Urban Public Security Bureau Intelligence Operation Command Center, the large screen project put forward four core requirements aligned with public security combat needs:

II. Project Solution: Stonbel COB Small-Pitch LED Large Screen System

(I) Core Hardware Configuration: P0.9375 COB Large Screen, Creating a High-Definition Vision
  1. The core screen of this project adopts Stonbel P0.9375 pixel pitch COB small-pitch LED display screen, with a total screen area of 9.6×2.025 meters (about 19.44 square meters). It adopts full flip-chip COB packaging technology, which fundamentally solves the image quality and stability pain points of traditional large screens, and adapts to the high-end display needs of the public security command center:
    1. Pixel pitch and resolution: P0.9375 pixel pitch belongs to the micro-pitch level, with extremely high pixel density per unit area. The overall resolution of the screen reaches 10240×2176, and the picture is clear and delicate, with no graininess within 1 meter. It can clearly present details such as human faces, license plates, and text in monitoring images, meeting the actual combat needs of intelligence research and judgment and detailed verification, and completely solving the problem of blurred image quality of the original large screen;
