Shaanxi has clarified six supporting mechanisms for the full implementation of the forest chief system. Three, main tasks

(2) Strict ecological protection. Strictly abide by the red line of ecological protection, and strictly control the conversion of ecological land such as forest land, grassland and wetland into construction land. Strengthen the supervision of ecological resources such as forests and grasslands in key ecological function areas and ecologically sensitive and fragile areas. Identify key areas for natural forest protection, improve the natural forest management and protection system, scientifically implement restoration measures, and improve the quality of natural forests. (7) Strengthen the basic construction at the grassroots level. IV. Working mechanism

(1) Cooperation mechanism. Carry out research on key technologies such as the cultivation and management of ecological resources such as forests and grasslands, restoration and protection, and prevention and control of major forest pests, strengthen the integrated demonstration and application of new technologies and new achievements, accelerate the construction of informatization capabilities, and further consolidate and expand forests, grasslands and wetlands.
