Project Overview:
This project is a key information-based initiative for Jiulong County to strengthen the ecological security barrier in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and enhance the comprehensive prevention and control capabilities of forest and grassland fire prevention. As an original manufacturer, Stonbel relies on its full industrial chain advantages in security monitoring and LED display to provide a customized integrated solution of "front-end intelligent monitoring + central visual command" for the project. The company is fully responsible for solution design, equipment supply, system integration, delivery and operation & maintenance.
Core Equipment Configuration:
Focusing on core demands of forest fire prevention, the project precisely deploys two categories of core equipment to realize all-day and full-coverage management and control of forest fire hazards:
Front-end Intelligent Monitoring Layer
Thermal Imaging Dual-Spectrum PTZ Cameras: 12 units
Deployed at commanding watchtowers in key forest areas across the county, equipped with AI intelligent fire and smoke recognition algorithms. Detection distance ≥ 3km, supporting 360° omnidirectional cruise. Capable of 24/7 automatic fire and smoke detection and alarm triggering, effectively solving problems of large blind spots and slow response in manual mountain patrols.
HD Bayonet Monitoring Cameras: 12 units
Installed at forest entrances and densely populated areas to achieve all-weather capture of vehicles and personnel, real-time early warning of illegal fire use, and source control of fire sources.
Central Command and Control Layer
LED Large-Screen Command and Dispatch System: 1 set
Deployed in the Command Center of the Jiulong County Forestry and Grassland Bureau. Adopting high-brightness, high-contrast LED splicing screens with professional video wall processors and visual management platforms, it integrates all front-end monitoring feeds in real time. Supports multi-screen splitting, GIS map linkage and one-click fire pop-up windows, realizing "one screen for full-area management and one key for rapid dispatch", greatly improving the efficiency of forest fire prevention command.
Project Achievements:
Upon completion, the forest fire prevention model in Jiulong County has been transformed from "mainly manual prevention" to "technology-dominated prevention". Fire recognition accuracy has reached over 95%, and emergency response time has been reduced to within 1 minute, providing solid technical support for protecting regional forest resources and strengthening the ecological security barrier.
