A "Smart Traffic Data Cloud Brain" will be built

According to reports, the monitoring and dispatching center integrates 41 application systems inside and outside the industry, more than 8,000 static and dynamic data, and more than 80,000 video channels, forming a five-in-one business model of intelligent monitoring, active early warning, shared linkage, coordinated command, and command and dispatch. , realizes the normalization of comprehensive traffic dynamic monitoring and operation analysis, improves the comprehensive traffic coordination ability, and effectively supports the urban operation.
According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Transportation Commission, during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, Beijing's smart transportation work has been progressing smoothly and orderly, and the construction of the information system has achieved remarkable results. Capacity building lacks overall planning and intelligence, and smart transportation lacks the application of new technology scenarios. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Beijing will build three major systems of "intelligent transportation infrastructure, intelligent transportation data cloud brain, and intelligent transportation application scenarios" by promoting the three coordination of "standard unification, facility construction and data integration" to promote Beijing The city's smart transportation is transformed from traditional elements to digital innovation, from serving a single industry development to serving comprehensive transportation development, from serving operation management to serving public travel, and building a safer, more orderly, more accurate, efficient, more convenient and comfortable city. traffic operation system. In terms of improving the cloud brain capabilities of traffic data, a new three-layer architecture based on the resource layer, the middle platform layer and the application layer will be constructed, and the three-layer cloud brain system of enterprise operation cloud brain, travel service cloud brain and traffic management cloud brain will be planned.
Make travel optional and predictable
In terms of promoting the application innovation of smart transportation scenarios, the construction of 66 key application scenarios of smart transportation in nine fields will be promoted from the three aspects of "enterprise operation, social travel, and traffic governance" based on smart transportation infrastructure and smart transportation cloud brain capabilities. Including in-station AR navigation, reservation entry, parking sensorless payment, online car-hailing aggregation, vehicle-road coordination information service, service area charging pile reservation, bus assisted driving and other scenarios. The "enterprise operation service" scenario will improve the automation and intelligence of the operation management services of transportation enterprises from two aspects of intelligent scheduling and automatic driving, and optimize the supply of transportation resources. The "social travel service" scenario will propose key application scenarios from three aspects: information service, reservation service and payment service, improve the city's comprehensive travel information service level, use information service means to adjust and control traffic demand, solve the problem of information asymmetry between supply and demand, and make travel more feasible. Plan, plan, choose, predict. The "traffic governance service" scenario will propose key application scenarios from four aspects: planning decision-making, industry governance, management and control law enforcement, and command and dispatch, so as to improve the precision and refinement of traffic governance by government management departments.
Expect smarter parking in residential areas
