The conference system construction project of Guangzhou Sub-branch of Postal Savings Bank

The Guangzhou Sub-branch of Postal Savings Bank is constructing 10 meeting rooms, with the main content focusing on the conference system and supporting audio-visual equipment, including the display system, sound reinforcement system, and paperless conference system.

(1) LED Display Screen

One LED display screen for the rostrum, together with video processing equipment, cabinets, and other supporting devices, adopts a P1.86 full-color LED display. It is mainly used for daily meeting display, capable of showing proximal and distal images of video conferences, as well as PPT presentations.

(2) Auxiliary Display Screens

Auxiliary display screens use 98-inch and 86-inch conference all-in-one machines, positioned on the left, right, middle, and rear sides to supplement visual dead angles and expand the display effect, meeting the needs of conferences.

(3) Conference Room Sound Reinforcement System

The conference room sound reinforcement system adopts a combined architecture of multiple speakers, mainly including devices such as speakers, power amplifiers, audio processors, feedback suppressors, and wireless microphones. It needs to meet the requirements of sound pickup for venue speeches and sound field coverage of the entire venue, while ensuring the communication security of the conference.
